What this is. US corporate insiders (officers, directors, 10% owners) must report their trades on SEC Form 4 within 2 business days. This feed shows only open-market purchases (transaction code P) — the rare, deliberate act of an insider spending their own cash — and ignores sales, which are usually diversification or compensation noise. Clusters (several insiders buying the same stock at once) are the signal with the strongest academic support.

Honest limits: the feed updates when the collector pushes (timestamp top-right), not tick-by-tick; filings themselves lag trades by up to 2 days; and insider buying is a slow, statistical tendency, not a trade trigger. Educational only — not investment advice.

2026-08-05 correction: cluster dollar totals before this date were inflated by duplicate feed rows (observed up to 123×) and could include IPO/placement allocations. Totals are now summed over deduplicated filings, count open-market buying only, and show placement/offering dollars separately. Dollar history before 2026-08-05 is not comparable.
